The first time we assembled this dish it took less than
60 seconds. The bolts that go through the dish reflector screw
into captive threads so nuts on the back are not needed. 2 bolts hold the dish to the metal back plate clamps and 2 nuts
provide adjustment. The
push fit LNB support arm takes one seconds to locate.
Corrosion protection is provided using a Polyester RAL7035
powder coating dish reflector. The one piece back plate is an
ABS type of injection moulded strong plastic integrated design. The elevation adjuster and pole clamps are
galvanised.
The LNB support arm (boom arm) is made of
aluminium. Many dishes these days now only use one U clamp to save costs.
This dish uses two U clamps. The double U clamping design ensures a more rigid opposition to high winds and prevents
turning on the pole. This dish will clamp to poles from 25-50mm diameter. Gain 36.4dB. A high quality product. Very good
value considering the higher grade materials used and the superb performance. A version of this dish is available
with
wing nuts for mobile caravan / motorhome use and as a full
mobile dish kit with stand, cable etc.
This dish is
ideal for Freesat or
Sky TV from Astra 2 at 28E. It will work on this satellite in the UK and Northern France.
It will provide more signal than a Sky mini dish. It can also be used for Astra 1 at 19E from the UK and most of western Europe.

note this dish is only available in dark grey. This dish is ideal for many satellites when used in the UK.
Extensive testing shows this one meter satellite dish to work very well for the Sky or freesat channels from Astra 2
when tested by customers in the south of France where signal levels are weak. If you draw a line between Bordeaux and Lyon,
above that line a 60-80cm dish will be fine for all of the UK channels from Astra 2 at 28E, however, below that line a larger
dish is needed. If a 60-80cm dish is used below that line, a percentage of channels can still be received but the weaker
channels like
the BBC and ITV need at least a 1m dish in the south of France. Please note some channels in some
parts of southern France may be temporarily lost in bad weather with a 1.0m dish. For all weather capability the
Primesat
1.3m dish is available below and provides more gain. Ideal for the south of France near the coast.

These are heavy duty high wind load dishes kit ideal for use in high salt "near the coast" locations. Especially ideal for
the high wind and salt areas of the east coast Scotland and Ireland. Clearly the fibre glass dish cannot corrode and the
double clamp heavy mount on the back uses a much heavier gauge steel and is hot dipped galvanised. Very high quality dish

Lightweight
aluminium reflector and strong steel box section back support. The gain is a massive
42.8dB at
12.75GHhz and the coating is Polyester RAL7035
powder coating. It is available in light grey. There is an
easy adjust AZEL mount on the back of the dish (where the elevation angle is adjusted). It will clamp to poles
from 48mm to 60mm diameter. Ideal for use in the South of France on the Astra 2 satellite. This 1.3m dish is ideal for
