The first time we assembled this dish it
took less than 60 seconds. It would be even faster if we had done it before.
The bolts that go through the dish reflector screw into
captive threads so nuts on the back are not needed. The elevation
adjuster clips on and two nuts adjust and hold it tight. The
push fit LNB support arm takes one seconds to locate.
Corrosion protection is provided using a
Polyester RAL7035 powder coating dish reflector. The one piece back plate
is an ABS type of injection moulded
strong plastic integrated design. The elevation adjuster and pole clamps are
galvanised.
The LNB support arm (boom arm) is made of
aluminium. This
lightweight dish is only
1.9Kg. Gain 36.4dB. The elevation
adjuster can remain fitted to the top of the tripod. The dish just clips on and adjusts with 2 wing nuts. Usually light grey
looks best against caravans but dark grey is also available. This dish will work on Astra 2 at 28E for freesat or Sky TV
on all channels in the UK and northern France. It will work in southern France on many channels but may lose the weaker
channels. It can also be used for Astra 1 at 19E from the UK and most of western Europe. (See our "

This is the kit you need when you are touring in Europe! Gain 40.3dB
Lightweight aluminium. The ultimate dish for long distance touring.
It you draw a line between Bordeaux and Lyon, above that line a 60-80cm dish will be fine for all of the UK channels from
Astra 2 at 28E, however, below that line a larger dish is needed. If a 60-80cm dish is used below that line, a percentage
of channels can still be received but the weaker channels like the BBC and ITV need a 1m dish in the south of France.
The 1.0 is also ideal for many other countries and in Spain this dish will work well in many areas but some channels will be
lost even with a 1.0m dish in other areas. The 1m dish is really the largest dish that can be easily carried in a caravan
or motorhome so when crossing the Bordeaux and Lyon line, this is the kit to buy. This dish can be erected quickly using the
10 wing nuts provided. Shown in the pictures is one way to carry the dish, just remove the reflector and everything is then flat
pack-able. Alternatively by removing 2 more bolts the dish arm holding the LNB can also be easily removed. Everything is fast
and easy to erect and set up using the wing nuts. This dish weighs only 6.1Kg. (A steel 1m dish weighs 10Kg!).

aluminium dish has a total weight of only 6.1Kg. (A steel 1.0m weighs 10.0Kg.) The

Extensive testing shows this dish to work very well for the Sky or freesat channels from Astra 2 when tested by customers in
the south of France where signal levels are weak. If you draw a line between Bordeaux and Lyon, above that line a 60-80cm

Single universal LNB. For standard FTA satellite receivers.
A single universal LNB is used with a single tuner satellite receiver. If you only have 1 satellite input on your
receiver, it has a single tuner. These are either free to air receivers (FTA) or single tuner freesat receivers or
even the new freesat 4K non-recordable receivers. Many TVs with built in satellite receivers only have a

Twin universal LNB. For standard FTA and Sky Plus receivers.
A twin LNB is used with a twin tuner satellite receiver. These are receivers where you can record one channel
while watching another. If you have 2 satellite inputs on your receiver, it has a twin tuner. Universal LNBs
are used with either free to air receivers (FTA) or Sky+ or Sky+ HD receivers or the older Humax freesat
recordable receivers. (Universal LNBs will
not work with Sky Q™ receivers). Choosing a twin universal LNB
option also provides an easy upgrade path if the kit is to be upgraded to twin a wideband LNB in the future.

Quad universal LNBs are used when there is more than one TV or receiver in the motorhome or caravan. It works

not work with Sky Q™ receivers)
Choosing a quad universal LNB option also provides an easy upgrade path if the kit is to be upgraded to

Here are some brief details but click
on the links for more information. All meters are ideal for DIY, mobile caravan use or installers. Since they identify the
satellites, set up time is usually under 2 minutes. Please don't mix these meters up with others you may find on the Internet
which look similar. These meters are specially built and prepared for the Satellite Superstore and they have our own prescribed
dataset installed at the factory. We wanted the meters to be simple to use but also have some useful options. All meters are
pre-programmed with Astra 2 at 28E for the English channels from freesat or Sky, Astra 1 at 19E and Hotbird at 13E. If you are in
a caravan and touring a long way from the UK, Astra 2 may be difficult to find and may need a dish too large to carry. With these
meters you can switch to Astra 1 or Hotbird and still find some useful channels including BBC World. Note - other satellites
are programmed into some of the meters but with any meter, satellites can be added manually using the buttons on the meter if
required. All of these meters are at a very competitive price. Full telephone support is available for all of our customers.
The Primesat SF 3000 has over 40 satellites in the database. To use the meter, you switch on using a proper on-off switch
(so no battery drain while off) then select "Installation", then "Dish setting". Astra 2 appears at the top of the screen
and is highlighted. At the bottom of the screen are the signal strength and signal quality meters ready to start. It could
not be easier. Once the satellite is found you can switch to TV if you wish to see a picture. The PHW-7186 (professional range)
is an HD (DVB-s2) meter with TV built in and is the easiest of all meters to use. Press the "find" button to find Astra 2.

Used in a forest in Belgium. More details below. (Order here).
This meter is ideal for installers, mobile caravan use or DIY. Since it identifies the satellite, set up time is usually under two
minutes. Please don't mix this meter up with others you may find on the Internet which look similar. These meters are specially
built and prepared for the Satellite Superstore. This includes many satellites. This includes Astra 2 for Sky or freesat, Astra 1,
Hotbird (13E), Thor (1W), Hispasat (30W) and many others. Indeed all of the satellites we can see in our sky with a reasonable
sized dish are included. If there are changes in the future, satellites can be added or edited using the keypad. To use the meter,
you switch on using a proper on-off switch (so no battery drain while off) then select "Installation", then "Dish setting".
Select 28.2E Astra 2. At the bottom of the screen are the signal strength and signal quality meters and a large quality LED
display on the meter all ready to start. It could not be easier. After the first use, the meter defaults to the last satellite
chosen and so if it is only going to be used for (e.g.) Astra 2 for Sky or freesat, selecting the satellite is not required as
it is already there. All you have to do is turn on the meter, press OK twice and it is ready to use.
Recently is was taken abroad for use with a caravan. The tour included Amsterdam, a forest in Belgium, near Paris, La Rochelle,
Normandy and back to Amsterdam (for the ferry). The 60cm Primesat caravan kit was used. Perfect results and all channels were
received in all of those locations with this dish. The meter was fantastic. In all but one location, it found the satellite
in under 1 minute. The location which took a bit longer was in the forest. (See pictures above) Here it was necessary to find
a gap / hole in the trees about 12m away from the caravan. Using the app "sat finder lite" in an iphone, a couple of gaps were
located as possible areas for Astra 2 and Astra 1 respectively. The gap for Astra 2 was quite small. Spending 1 minute looking
for Astra 2 and not finding it, it was decided to locate Astra 1 first as this is often an easier satellite to find when abroad and
the gap in the trees was a bit bigger. This was found with 1 minute. Re-checking for Astra 2 with the app / phone and the tripod
was adjusted left about 40cm. With another few minutes Astra 2 was found. The total set up time was 5 minutes. Other regular
Dutch people nearby had previously said it was not possible in that part of the forest and they were all amazed when they saw
it all working. This meter is highly recommended. This meter is at a very competitive price. See the FS700 above.

This new meter will replace our very successful SF500 meter. The SF500 was £59.95 and did not have a built in
battery and charger. This meter is only a little more expensive but does have a built in rechargeable battery
and charger. Also this meter has many satellites in it's database. We have programmed this meter to quickly
find Astra 2 for freesat, Sky HD and many other satellites. This meter will identify the satellite you are
looking for and this dramatically reduces the time to set up a dish. Also ideal for the mobile customer
with a caravan or motorhome. This meter finds the satellite you are looking for and ignores all others.

Cello Electronics are a British company with a TV factory in England. Their televisions have received very good reviews on
the Internet and in magazines. "Traveller TV tops German
Test" They also make televisions for a number of companies. These
"traveller" sets are ideal for the caravan or motorhome. They have a built in terrestrial tuner, a built in mult-satellite
tuner, (the satellite tuner can scan in many satellites) and a built in DVD player. The set can be used on a 12 volt supply or
from a 240 volt mains supply. A 12V lead is included. As with any television, picture quality needs to be good and these sets
do not disappoint and the price is excellent. Traveller TVs from other manufacturers usually cost a great deal more. In addition,
to the 12 month warranty, Cello offer a 28 days replacement service. In the unlikely event a TV had a fault within 28 days,
it would be collected and replaced. The factory is only 40 miles away from the Satellite Superstore and so we have a close
working relationship. This 19-inch model is the most popular but we can also offer a 16-inch 12/240V set with built in satellite,
built in terrestrial, built in DVD players and USB. For those customers who want a larger TV, there is an excellent 32-inch
model. Usually a 32-inch TV is the largest set for mobile use but other larger sizes are available on the

Push fit arm easy fit dishes.
Easy fit solid dishes have a push fit boom arm. The one shown above is a 60cm but the 80cm is the same.
Most specialist caravan dishes are too small. If the dish is to be used throughout Europe and the UK,
it needs to be at least 60cm diameter - you cannot change the laws of Physics! Small caravan dishes do NOT work.
Finding this out on the camp site is not an ideal situation. Here are some recommendations - UK, Northern France
(e.g. Normandy), Holland, Northern Germany: - use a 60cm solid or clear dish. (A Sky mini dish is at least 10%
smaller than ideal even for the UK !! It is only small to make it look unobtrusive, however, as it does not fold
and mesh tends to be easily dented or bent so it is not ideal for a caravan / portable use.) Paris : - use a 60-80cm.
South of France : - It you draw a line between Bordeaux and Lyon, above that line a 60-80cm dish will be fine for all
of the UK channels from Astra 2 at 28E, however, below that line a larger dish is needed. If a 60-80cm dish is used
below that line, a percentage of channels can still be received but the weaker channels like the BBC and ITV need a
1.1m dish in the south of France. The 1.1 is also ideal for many other countries and in Spain this dish will work
well in many areas but some channels will be lost even with a 1.1m dish in other areas. The 1.1m dish is really the
largest dish that can be easily carried in a caravan or motorhome so when crossing the Bordeaux and Lyon line,
this is the kit to buy. See the

Storage : - Lie dish on bed (or in boot) when traveling. On site slide under caravan until you are ready to
set it up. That way it is never in the way. We strongly advise customers to set up their caravan kit in their
garden before going away. It is important to practice setting it all up and solving problems at home when it
does not matter if there are learning delays. All of our dishes on this page include wing nuts for fast erection
and fast adjustments. The 1.1m aluminium dish kit is probably the largest dish you can realistically
carry so use this for southern Spain or Northern Italy. You may not receive all of the channels but you
